Why Use Us?

Key recruitment values that candidates should consider when seeking their next opportunity

In this candidate-driven market, we understand that the right candidate is vital to the success of your firm or business. With recent pressures on hiring caused by market changes and increasing overheads associated with losing key members of staff, the recruitment process and investing time training new recruits, hiring the wrong candidate can have a serious impact.

The last few years have seen a shortage of skilled lawyers in a number of high demand areas and agency support has been essential to support organisation in finding the right solutions to deal with this. So give us a call and we can make sure you are hiring the right people, at the right time and in the right way.

What We Can Do for You

In order to tackle recruitment challenges in today’s market we will use our expertise to do the following:

Collaborative lawyers discussing business development ideas to drive commercial performance

Get to know you/your business/the team as well as possible because the more we know the better the job we can do placing the right candidates in the right positions.

  • Where possible this will involve setting up a face to face meeting – or Teams/Zoom if not.
  • It will require taking a detailed job specification including skill requirements, personality preferences, job duties, team dynamics and salary/package information.

Source candidates based on your role specification, taking into account their skills, work history, career motivators, personality, salary expectations and any flexible working requirements.

Provide advice to manage the expectations of the requirement based on the market and candidate availability, so as to be as competitive as possible and increase chances of recruitment success.

  • This may involve finding an interim/locum support whilst a longer-term permanent resource is sought.
  • It may involve rethinking the recruitment strategy such as retraining existing employees in new areas, restructuring the job specification, offering more flexible working or changing the package on offer.

Forging strong business relationships

Manage every step of the recruitment process as efficiently as possible so as to keep both you and the candidates engaged, positive, well informed and ultimately invested in your opportunity.

Advising in respect of the recruitment process itself in terms of candidate pooling, interview process, timeframes for feedback and offer management.

Offer post-placement support to ensure any potential issues are identified early and resolved quickly.

Ensure our paperwork, compliance and billing processes are clear and well communicated, to make your job as easy as possible.

We believe in building long term relationships by doing the best job that we can so that you will use our service again and again. If you are happy then we are happy.
