- We predominantly focus on the south west, but this is not exclusive, so if your need is further afield then we would be delighted to assist with your requirement.
Candidate Referral Incentive Scheme
Refer us a candidate that we place in a role and we will pay you £100!!!
The legal market in the UK has been candidate led now for probably the last 10 years. That means there is a shortage of good quality candidates and the main challenge we face as a recruitment agency is finding those candidates. So if you know someone actively looking for a new position, or perhaps someone who feels disillusioned with their current role for one reason or another, and might be open to a friendly, confidential chat for some market advice and information about potential new opportunities, please let us know. If it results in a placement, we will pay you £100!
How it works
All you need to do is let us have the name and contact details (phone number and email address) of the candidate that you are referring, ideally having got their consent to do so, so that they are expecting our approach!
Terms and Conditions of Candidate Referral Incentive Scheme
To qualify for the £100 referral fee payout:-
1. The referral must result in a placement, either on a temporary or permanent basis.
2. The referral must be of a new candidate, not someone already known to RLS Legal Recruitment (not registered on our database, nor having been contacted by us in the last 12 months).
3. The placement value must be in excess of £500.
4. The referred candidate must be placed in a role within 12 months of registration, by RLS Legal Recruitment.
- The referral fee will be payable by the end of the candidate's first week in position (and only if the candidate actually starts the role).
- Payment will be made by way of bank transfer, to your chosen account.
- For the avoidance of doubt, candidates are not able to refer themselves.
- In the event of any dispute, RLS Legal Recruitment’s decision is final.
