Provide advice to manage expectations about any opportunities based on recruitment processes, candidate competition and salary/package information so as to be as competitive and well informed as possible and increase chances of success.
Assist with interview preparation / CV formatting as required.
Manage every step of the process as efficiently as possible so as to keep all parties engaged, positive, well informed and ultimately increase your chances of securing the position you want.
- This is likely to involve skilled negotiation at the offer stage and we have the experience and market knowledge necessary to enable us to get you the best package possible.
Offer post-placement support to ensure any potential issues are identified early and resolved quickly.
Ensure our paperwork and compliance processes are clear and well communicated, as well as assist with any contract queries or reference requests where possible.
